SAP - ENGAGEMENT MANAGER with minimum 12+ year(s) experience at Mumbai location
Job Description:
All candidates should have experience working with Indian clients.
1. Leading project teams to deliver end to end project assignments successfully
a. Managing resources and project KPIs
b. People management
c. Scope management
d. Client relationship management
2. Proposal and Bid Management: Respond to RFI / RFP / Opportunities and facilitate the sales process, resulting in successful leads & winning proposals. This will include :
a. Overall Bid management along with account executive
b. Working with teams for solution designing. Working collaboratively with solution architects and technical consultants for preparing appropriate response to RFP documents.
c. Coordination of deal & solution reviews for go/no-go decisions
d. Leading the estimation and pricing on bids
e. Adherence to the review and other internal processes
f. Providing inputs for preparation of winning sales plans and proposals
3. Proposal presentation and participation in Orals
4. Building lasting Client relationships resulting in add-on sales
5. Strong solution content on one or more of SAP/ Oracle modules or Java/ Microsoft stack (for CSD)

1. Strong communication and presentation skills
2. Ability to work well with teams and being a good individual as well as team player
3. Good knowledge of SAP and its solution components
4. Commercial and business acumen
5. Good delivery or pre-sales background having demonstrated experience in managing projects
6. Ability to respond to RFP and estimation capabilities
7. Must possess drive to take new challenges and flexible to work and travel in India
8. Work experience with Indian customers in project role is mandatory
9. Work experience in our focus sectors like EUC, Retail, Telco or Public services is a plus
