Job Description : This role will be responsible for leading and delivering the SAP functions and services in the global technology centre of the organisation

Client Details : One of the leading pharmaceutical MNCs focused on driving their global business and operations through technology and innovations

Description :

- Lead SAP applications management and delivery programs for the shared services centre

- Manage demand and capacity planning for the SAP team

- Efficient internal and external stakeholder and vendor management including at senior levels

- Maintain and manage risk and risk mitigation strategies

- Lead teams, plan and facilitate training, monitor progress and support overall organisation objectives

- Work with centre leads to align infrastructure, connectivity and other delivery requirements

- Manage escalation matrix and collaborate with internal and external IT partners to devise road maps

Profile :

- BTech and MBA (preferred) from a prime institute (full-time)

- Strong background in any core SAP functional area and understanding of SAP technical areas

- Prior experience in similar roll out of SAP projects for a large organisation

- 3+ years of experience working in an in-house IT set-up of a global company

- 3-5 years of experience in leading large global projects and application management and application delivery programs with varied sourcing models

- 8-10 years of strong consulting experience at the start of the career (in core ERP or multiple areas)

- Prior experience in managing large teams and interactions with senior management

- Prior experience in dealing with multi-partner and cross-cultural collaborations
