Job Description:

- Netweaver Experience: Around 8 to 10 years of SAP experience. Experience should be in End-to-end Implementation using the Netweaver environment BPM, BRM, Portal content , user and System administration. Should have worked on a large Netweaver landscape and performed a Technical architect role.

- Candidate should able to manage team of resources.

Role Description

- Experience in Architecting SAP NetWeaver BPM Composite Application Development

- and Process Modeling

- Experience in conducting Functional Design Specifications review sessions, drafting

- Technical Design Specifications document and subsequent delivery of the development object

- Development experience using Java / J2EE technologies

- Development experience in working with WebDynpro Java for developing portal applications

- BPM MDM integration - workflow modeling/development experience

- BRM implementation experience for Workflows

- Should have done at least 2 end to end CE BPM 7.1/7.2/7.3 project.

- Experience in content development on the portal such as iViews, pages, Worksets and roles.

- Experience in user administration on the portal such as role assignment, group assignment, granting/revoking permissions, maintaining user attributes.

- Expertise in developing the UI components in NWDS environment, Configuring NWDI tracks, SCs and DCs, Administration of NWDI to move the activities from one environment to the next

- Expertise in Enhancements, customizing, analyzing business requirements, SAP NetWeaver Technical design, configuring, development, problem solving & debugging

- Enables capability ramp up of other consultants

- Monitors and control progress

- Excellent communication and customer interfacing skills

- Incisive analytical and problem solving kills

- Good team player with presentation skills

- Flair for learning new technologies

- Good academic record

Others

- Resource should have managed large projects/ multiple projects

- Should have good overview of sales process

- Should have worked on effort estimates/ proposal for Upgrade, Roll outs and implementation

- Good overview of project methodologies (viz ASAP)

- Excellent communication , not averse to short term travel.
