Qualification - BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech/MBA/MCA

Skills Required:

- Experience in designing, developing, configuring, and implementing SAP BI /BO solutions.

- The individual must have architect level experience in the SAP BW/BO solutions including strong background in the areas of Finance (GL, AP,AR,CO-PA) ,CRM (Trade promotions, Channel Inventory) and Logistics(SD and MM).

- Have demonstrated experience as a key contributor to multiple end-to-end SAP implementation projects. C

- An demonstrate great determination in bringing a solution from conception through realization with great tact and management leading to effective deployment/roll-out of the same across the organization.

- Experience working with business users to gather business requirements and drive functional and technical designs for BI Solutions.

- Must have proven ability to translate business requirements, create robust technical designs, and implement and maintain SAP BI solutions.

- Must have ABAP development/coding experience.

- Experience with Business Objects Tools and BOBJ/BI integration is a huge plus Provide support as needed to maintain the performance, integrity and reliability of BI system and aid in troubleshooting BI system issues.

- Work experience should include developing and performance tuning large BW standard and custom extracts, processes, BW data modeling, creating Business Warehouse Remote Cubes, Multi-Providers, DSO Objects, Info Cubes and complex transformations.

- Must have very good communication, analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to quickly absorb complex business information, identify key issues and details and present understandable alternatives to non-technical and technical audiences.

Responsibility : The Senior BI Manager for SAP Business Intelligence is responsible for leading the BI Offshore team and provide technical leadership to SAP BW development team by presenting strategic data design, development, integration and implementation of enterprise wide BI Solutions. Individual should be a self-starter and be able to interface with senior leadership team and business SME's.
