SAP ADM Deal Solutions Lead - IT

Looking for SAP people into E2E solutioning who understands Infra landscapes also.

- SAP Functional experience- pls avoid ABAP/BI/BW etc - no technical solutioning exp.

- Hands on SAP Consulting - Must have worked on Gap, BPR, Blueprinting, Workshops, Orals, Solution defense/presentations etc.

- Good experience on estimations and good understanding of pricing.- During a Deal - They should be able to validate FTE optimization.

- Must have delivered Application Development & Maintenance projects e2e. This is must to have - Mostly Support projects & few implementation projects too.

- If a candidate is Delivery mix, his recent 1-2 yrs must be into e2e presales role.

Hence the questionnaire to follow is as below.

1. It's an IC role - are you willing to work an Individual Contributor

2. Are you willing to work as delivery leads as and when required.

3. Have you delivered any ADM engagement e2e. Pls name.

4. Explain your SAP Consulting experience.

a) Have you done BPR

b) Gap identifications/Analysis

c) Blueprinting

d) Running workshops

e) Presenting solutions to the customers

5. Have you worked on pricing- Name the deals.

6. Have your worked on estimations- Name the tools used.

7. During deals, are you involved into validating FTE optimization.
