Key Responsibilities :

- Encourage, identify issues, develop solutions, and execute efficiency improvements by regularly communicating with all concerned staff.

- Design, Develop and Maintain a detailed work breakdown of tasks to be accomplished for the initiative and ensure that jobs are completed on time and within budget.

- Take end-to-end ownership to lead cross-functional teams to deliver software development projects supporting various business units successfully.

- Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate various leads and technical personnel during all project phases, from initial development through implementation and delivery.

- Handle resources and get hands-on, if needed, to solve technical problems faced by the delivery team.

- Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to encourage, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.

- Handle customers to ensure delivery is aligned to their expectations

- Work across the organization, including teams responsible for technology, operations, security & compliance, and user care.

- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry standards, methodologies, processes, and best practices.

- Well versed with Agile software delivery methodology.

- Ensure that solutions are being delivered are per standards of availability, scalability, and security point of view, and that is done on time with the highest quality.

- Ensure that all delivery artefacts are reviewed and are according to the standards and guidelines.

- Coordinate release and sprint planning, Conduct daily scrum meetings

- Review proposed modifications on project plans, including meeting with interested parties to approve and implement beneficial changes.

- Support Lead Technical resource with project critical functions including but not limited to reporting, invoicing, project tracking and SOW analysis.

- Provide strong and deep technical insights in various disciplines across the delivery.

Desired Skills :

- Adapt in stakeholder management and executive communication (both verbal and written) and presentation skills.

- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced team environment with geographically dispersed associates and vendors.

- Demonstrate effective decision making by leveraging analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Previous experience in implementing project management best practices, tools, metrics, and standardization of processes.

- Demonstrated experience in coordinating with deliverables across various groups to accomplish system deliverables and goals.

- Ability to analyze business needs, including scheduling meetings, planning agendas, conferring with business line leaders, documenting, and making verbal and written presentations.

- Demonstrated on-time and on-budget system delivery skills and experience.

- Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and Office365.

- Must understand Workplace technologies standards, processes, and terminologies.

- Working with all levels of management has shown to be successful.

- Strong knowledge of project management software, techniques, and best practices is required.

- Observe projects over their whole life cycle.

- Outstanding analytic abilities.

- Ready to travel if required for this position.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor/Master's Degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.

- Minimum experience of at least 5 years is preferred.
