Salary Range: 10 - 15 LPA
The key deliverables of the role holder are :
Based on business plans and key focus areas, build technical and customer experience capability in the organization
Facilitate and conduct and training needs assessments as required
Set performance measures for trainings conducted
Identify & develop specialist and knowledge experts
Deliver Academy Business Plans - Turnover and Profitability
Work closely with Pivot Point and other such leaders in Hair and Beauty education to revise and update curriculum
Technical Training:
Identify training and development needs for Company & Franchise network salons
Design and Implement technical trainings and build mechanism to reinforce and test improvement post such training
Identify external vendors for specialized technical training
Customer Experience Training:
Based on inputs from Mystery Customer Reports, Service Quality Questionnaires from customers and feedback from employees, build a comprehensive plan to build customer experience
Review training effectiveness by monitoring improvement on Customer Experience Scores
Identify & develop external experts in customer experience
Training Academy:
Build monthly and quarterly plans to achieve Academy business plans
Though quality and process controls, ensure education imparted to students is as per agreed methodology and curriculum
Ensure curriculum is periodically updated to ensure it is in line with the latest in cosmetology
Financial:
Build systems to review and control training academy costs
Build processed to assess the return on investment (ROI) of any training program
Ensure Trainings indirects actuals are as within approved plans
