About SSA
Sandeep Shikre & Associates: A leading Architectural, Interior Design and Project Management Consultancy firm with 200+ strong team is looking for Team Leader cum Project Manager for one of their large Redevelopment Construction Project Management Consultancy (PMC) project in Mumbai.
Brief Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Understand project objectives and review / monitor project activities till project handing over / closure of the project
2. Liasioning with government bodies, contractors and other project stakeholders
3. Planning, Coordination & Execution
4. Quality Assurance / Quality Control
5. Value Engineering
6. Manpower planning and team building
7. Coordination with project stakeholders
Detailed Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Lead the Project. Project execution and control.
2. Attend meetings, liaise with Client / authorities, give presentation to client / stakeholders, prepare notes, assist client for negotiations, preparation of reports as and when required
3. Making strategic decisions and providing leadership and direction to project team for getting the work done
4. Co-ordinate and update the client for site related issues such as - design, budget, quality and time etc.
5. Recommend the corrective action, mid-course change as and when they become evident. Assist the client in dispute resolution.
6. Evaluating potential obstacles and implementing necessary changes.
7. Implement and manage process system throughout the project
8. Formulate trackers / checklists / MIS Reports for various tasks to keep a track of day-to-day operations and increase efficiency & productivity
9. Development and Standardization of SOP / documentation, realignment wrt to project requirement and ensuring implementation throughout the project period.
10. Monitoring all operations & activities to ensure they produce the desired results & are consistent with the overall strategy to ensure project's performance for the entire project period
11. All the tasks that are required to complete
Educational Qualification & Other Requirements:
- B.E / B.Tech (Civil/Construction) from IIT / BITS or similar reputed institutes
- MBA from IIM, ISB or similar reputed institutes
- Good working knowledge of English and Marathi language is essential
- Minimum 20 years industry experience
Other Must Haves:
- Excellent interpersonal and Management skills considering the nature of Construction industry
- Strategic planning
