We are inviting applications for the role of Digital Transformation

Objective: To provide leadership to a team that develops and manages technology products and platforms for the FPO eco system.

Role and Responsibilities

1. 7+ years of work experience in Technology functions within Agri sector.

2. Making technology work for small holder farmers is the primary function of this team, the individual joining this team should be self-driven towards creating impact.

3. Should have worked in roles that define strategy and work on innovative new initiatives in their previous organizations.

4. Providing leadership to a team of 5 passionate Agri professionals who manage individual products.

5. Should have 3 to 5 years of experience working with FPOs and their eco-system.

6. Should follow latest trends in the AgriTech space.

7. Should understand the role of digital transformation in a company's journey.

8. An individual who follows technological advancements closely and thinks of new and innovative use cases that such technology can solve.

9. Having previous experience in product management and/or platform development projects is a plus.

10. Knowledge of software development life cycle and software configuration management tools preferred.

It is a plus if the candidate has prior experience of key account management and relationship management.

People management skills with great leadership abilities is desired. It is expected that the individual will groom and develop multiple junior resources into future leaders.

Should be willing to travel to different FPOs across the country to learn about their requirements and to deliver solutions in person wherever applicable.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Overall 7+ years of work experience in Technology functions within Agri sector.

B. Tech / Agri MBA

SKILLS

- Agile Project Management

- Software Development Life Cycle and Software Configuration Management

- Few years of coding experience is a plus.

- Product management

- Vendor management

- Project Financials Management

- People Management

- Conflict Management

- Negotiation skills

- Innovation and Strategy

- Has a good understanding of technologies like Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Business Intelligence and Business Analytics and their application towards problem solving.
