2. Prioritize budget execution based on the accurate understanding of the business environment to maximize L&D capability and its effectiveness on business.

3. Share L&D resources and best practices, and maximize the competency of L&D staff through networking.

Job Description :

1. [Planning L&D strategy] Prepare the establishment of L&D(Learning and Development) strategy, annual operational plans, budget allocation, and KPI(Key Performance Indicator) aligned to the business objectives and organizational competency management.

2. [Establishing and operating L&D infrastructures and policies] Design strategies for knowledge management resources, social learning initiatives/programs, and acceleration plans for building learning culture.

3. [Planning and managing projects] Participate in project planning, management of stakeholders/person in charge of a project, project execution, and process review.

4. [Competency assessment and L&D effectiveness evaluation] Perform evaluating learning solutions and projects, competency assessment and the decision-making upon profit.

- Experienced professional with full understanding on specialized areas; resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways

- Works on problems of diverse scope where analyzing data requires evaluating identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgement in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions

- Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work and receives general instructions on new assignments

- Typically requires minimum 5 years' of related experience and a Bachelor's degree, or 3 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD without experience
