Regional Sales - Corporate Sales (EPP Employee Purchase Program)


PURPOSE OF POSITION - Sales of EPP in Corporate Account & via Alliance partners in assigned Region

JOB RESPONSIBILITY :

1. Drive Online Corporate sales for Employee Purchase & Bulk Purchase.

2. Achieving sell-in and sell-out targets as set by management for the region.

3. Relationship management with Top Accounts in the Region

4. Drive consistent Communication in top accounts via HR / Admin

5. Relationship Management with Top Alliance partners.

6. Coordinate with corporate Sales team to drive weekly/ monthly activities in top accounts. Identify gap areas and problems and work on the solution to maximize sales.

7. Coordination with Marketing team to ensure Customized Communication.

8. Coordinate with Customer Service team to manage escalations & Customer delight.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

- MBA (sales/marketing) from a business school of repute

- Experience : Minimum 6-12 years experience out of which 4 years must be in Corporate Sales. Industries like Telecom / IT preferred.

Skills :


- Excellent communication & presentation skills, Fair understanding of E-commerce, Proven ability to recognize, analyze, and take action on go to market approaches.


- Good leadership traits with flair for independent working.


- Cross-functional influence, relationship building, and project management skills.
