Job Responsibility: -
Demand Planning and Execution :
- To ensure proper demand planning in the region. Consolidate demand on weekly / monthly basis, and discuss the same in WCM with direct channel partners.
- Enabling SPS process & efficiency within the region by coordinating with the Sales team as well as Distributors.
- Use sales trend data to ensure accurate forecasting process is enabled within the region in line with long-term business objectives.
Key Performance Indicators :
Manage SCM KPIs :
- Upstream e.g. : AP1/AP2/RTF Exception/ Ageing /SO to GI / Advance PO
- Downstream e.g. : VMDD / TPA / AP0 coverage / RTF purchase / RTF sales
- Triggering corrective actions as necessary in review meetings with Channel partners / Sales & Distribution teams.
Relationship Management and Training :
- Manage relationships with Channel Partners (SPD & MDD) for SCM activities.
- Develop & deploy training modules and content for various SCM projects.
- Conduct Regular SCM training on process improvements as well as enhancements within the Region with relevant stakeholders: SPD, MDD, Sales teams etc.
Inventory & Order Management :
- Ensuring Orders are serviced to channel partner on timely basis without any delays as well as mistakes.
- Ensuring Channel DOS /WOS are maintained across of products (SKU level) to the desired norms.
- Ensure proper planning for Phase-In and Phase-Out of models so that there are minimum obsolescence and slow-moving stock
Interested candidates with MBA Degree from Tier - I/II institution with demand planning experience only from FMCG, Telecom, Consumer Durable.
