Job Responsibilities :-
- SPD Management and ensure optimum channel engagement and involvement in the region.
- Schemes designing and SD Budget management to get the maximum sales revenue.
- Sales Extraction as per SCM Forecasting for Primary and Sell-through.
- Initiate distribution expansion to improve market coverage and geographical penetration.
- Setting targets for all distribution channels in line with business plan and market potential.
- Achieve distribution network expansion targets by appointing partners in new and existing areas.
- Provide inputs to Sales Head in deciding incentive plans for channel partners
- Monitor competition in terms of pricing changes, new product and features and distribution strategy.
- Relationship management with key channel partners to drive the sales agenda.
