Product Manager-SAARC
1. Sales & Product Management :
- Achieve Sales Plan as per Management guidelines,
- Sales Coordination with Branch, factory and HQ
- Ageing, SOP, AP2 Concusses, WOS
- Product line up, SKU Management, New Product induction, including SIEL portfolio for export market
- Market Share,
- Coordination with Branch, factory and HQ
- Price management (Transfer price), Profitability, SD management
- Marketing -ATL/BTL
2. Finance:
- LC management, treasury, Bank Coordination (India +SAARC countries)
- AR Dues Management
- Payment and Commercial terms management
- Working closely with finance & Treasury team for Export Rules and regulation for SAARC countries.
- Working Import Export Rules update and implementation
3. SOP/ Operation:
- PO Confirmation
- SAARC Billing Monitoring complete process CE &B2B
- Stock management- SIEL Stock for export
- Logistics Support - Confirmation of ETD, Shipments, Surface transportation
5. Export Process:
- Complete Documentation tracking
- Process know how and subject matter for export shipments
- Liaison with Government department for License and Trade tax benefits
5. NERP/ SAP:
- Customer related transaction/ T-code usage
- HQ related transaction /T-code usage
- Product related transactions / T-code usage
