Responsibilities :

- Management of Samsung Online marketplace partners

- Strategizing and executing projects to improve fulfillment and supply chain practices

- Analysis of global practices in Operations and implementation of the same within Samsung Shop

- Overseeing Samsung Online logistics operations

- Program Manager for high impact projects like Priority delivery, device exchange etc.

- Monitoring real time service levels and schedule adherence

- Performing ad-hoc analysis based on business needs

Desired Skills :

- Relevant work experience of 2-5 years in Operations/Supply Chain/Category/Sales

- eCommerce Operations/Logistics work experience would be a huge plus
