Media planning :

- Understand business objectives for every campaign & translate the same to E-com briefs

- Excellent knowledge of the E-com media platforms like Amazon PI, Flipkart Ads

- Work closely with E-com exclusive team for various launches and sustenance campaigns

- Keep up with latest trends on E-com and opportunities to advertise on E-com

- Proficient with media planning and marketing principles

- Define, track and report KPIs and metrics

- Bring out the learning and create framework to constantly evolve our media strategies

- Coordinate with HQ to run global campaigns and reporting

- Work with our media agency to lay out expectation and monitor progress

- Detailed understanding of Digital marketing and tools

- Understanding of basic analytics principle and testing methods like propensity modelling and AB testing etc.

- Strong business sense with drive for maintaining profitable portfolio

- Strong understanding of SaaS based platforms and how they work

- Proficient in MS office and other tools

- Experience in working with Demand side platforms

COMPETENCIES :

- Media Management :Needs to display deep understanding of media channels, their deployment & data availability across digital ecosystem & ATL channels

- Data Management : Excellent knowledge of analytics tools such as Salesforce, Datorama, GA, Adobe, Omniture & Publisher reporting dashboards

- Analytics & Insighting : Deriving insights from analyses of paid digital media activities across multiple platforms including Video, e-commerce, display, social and SEM.

- Building full funnel learning from cross tabulation of data from ATL & Digital sources.

AGENCY :

- Management : Ability to manage large teams across agencies working on different platforms. Ensuring adherence to aligned cadence.

- Project Management : Strong project management skills in order to ensure automation projects are delivered basis aligned GANTTs.
