PURPOSE OF POSITION :
- This position is responsible for identifying, creating/improving & managing new sales channels for Samsung's Online HHP business. This person would strive to provide a seamless Omni-channel experience by leveraging Samsung's strengths or via external partnerships.
- This person would study market evolution, identify new opportunities/ programs/ initiatives, drive execution of initiatives with both internal and external stakeholders, and analyze performance data to identify optimization opportunities.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY :
- Develop deep understanding of Pre / During / Post purchase consumer behavior.
- Study competition offerings to identify unmet/ latent customer needs.
- Understand customer pain points in each leg of the lifecycle.
- Identify and create new sales channels to improve Customer journey
- Leverage Samsung's strengths across channels or forge external partnerships to enhance the overall customer experience through various Omni-channel (O2O, D2R) initiatives.
- Lead development of business case, planning and execution of identified projects
- Navigate through the organization to drive internal alignments and approvals
- Track progress & continuously work on optimization plans for the initiatives led
- Be watchful of the changing regulatory environment in e-com industry and opportunities that it might open up.
