As an HR business partner the expectation is to understand of the Business and have the capability to manage talent according to the business and organization imperatives. The incumbent should have the ability to not only come up with ideas & solutions but also have the energy & enthusiasm to translate them to action. Person should be a go-getter and have a high say-do ratio!
Employee Relations & engagement:
- Work with the Business leadership team to establish a people agenda that support business plans and drives employee engagement.
- Based on regular employee interactions, propose and drive initiatives and changes within the organization
- Understand the employee pulse and execute actions based on the insights
- Driving multiple internal communication initiatives towards an informed and engaged organization
- Employee grievance management
- Responsible for people processes, HR Metrics and analysis
Talent Management:
- Drive people agenda with the business ensuring that all people managers are equipped and able to deliver on the recurring people management requirements.
- Improve manager effectiveness to align with the business requirements. Actively coach and influence to improve the culture and working environment in the organization
- Collaborate with the L&D team on development initiatives and OD interventions
- Enhance the effectiveness of performance discussions between supervisors and employees
Leadership Interaction & coaching:
Work closely with the leadership on organisation related imperatives.
Be an effective sounding board and subject matter expert.
Requirements
- 8-11 years of proven HR experience
- Understands technology and the industry dynamics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision making skills
- Ability to work independently
