Job Description :

Translate Corporate & Business Strategy into cluster objective and actions :

- Determine process and approach for integrating corporate and Business strategy on a regular basis. Advise Cluster leaders on the workforce implications of all decisions.

- Work with the cluster leadership to anticipate changes in the business cycle and respond with proactive talent plans.

Forecast Talent Needs and address talent Gaps :

- Analysis of current workforce and deployment/redeployment of resources to respond effectively to internal and external market need.

- Talent forecasts based on business strategy, human capital needs, and future vacancy projection.

Develop talent action plan to attract and deploy to meet the forecasted quality and quantity of employees.

Oversee succession management:

- Own the Corporate learning calendar and programs.

- Oversee connection of learning curriculums with competency model.

- Coach, counsel and advice cluster Leaders. o Run on-boarding and assimilation programs for new leaders in circle. o

- Establish relationships with corporate L&D team for customised learning / skill up gradation programs basis cluster need.

Ensure superior HR Service Delivery in cluster :

- Ensure superior relationship with process custodians in HO for effective HR service delivery in Circle.

- Ensure greater awareness among circle employees about HR polices, process and systems.

- Ensure timely resolution of employee queries. o Manage attendance and related process in cluster.
