PURPOSE OF POSITION: Maximize sales revenue and profitability by understanding the assigned product category, channels and customer preferences for Online DTC channel (eStore)
JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
- Develop comprehensive strategies and sales levers to drive customer traffic, engagement, conversion and retention.
- Demand Forecasting and Sales planning to ensure stock availability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product Development, Sales, and Customer Support to ensure alignment and seamless execution.
- Co-ordinate with marketing teams to create awareness / marketing campaigns and drive category conversion targets.
- Ability to Design, Set Up , Monitor & Manage processes for programs from start to finish.
- Drive Cross Category projects : eg - Affordability, SCM etc
KEY RESULT AREAS:
- Delivery of Monthly , Quarterly and Annual goals and drive Category towards achievement of those objectives
- Plan and Rollout of New Programs and sales levers to drive category sales growth & increasing usage of existing programs in the desired manner
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Dynamic, self-starter and highly motivated individual who would like to work in an intellectually & professionally challenging environment
- MBA from top tier business school
- Ability to influence stakeholders with sound reasoning, logic and Effective communication
- Ability to own work-streams end to end i.e. from conceptualization to closure, leveraging internal resources to get things done; Very strong bias for action
- Data oriented mind-set, Strong problem solving skills
- Knowledge of systems and processes , ability to influence external teams and execute tasks while aligning external stakeholders
- Basic business knowledge along with an ability to visualize customer journey and execute changes / improvements to drive programs
- Track record of collaborative work with cross-functional teams
