Job Description :-
- Delivering CE sales turnover targets and achieving market share objectives in the allocated branch/ territory on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis through the channel
- Allocate territory and dealer wise targets
- Monitor sales activities of key accounts
- Smooth functioning of the entire business for the territory
- Ensure maximum output from existing channel partners through strategic initiatives
- Evaluate performance of channel partners on continual basis. Where necessary, drop/ identify and develop new channel partners to ensure sales figures
- Training & Development of Channel partners - Products - technical aspects, so that the level of competition moves a notch higher from just the PRICE - Schemes - for better understanding and assimilation that ultimately leads to conversions
- Responsible for liquidation of the stock of Star partners - Support the marketing team in implementation of trade schemes to ensure its success in the market
- Create visibility of Samsung CE product portfolio in the allocated territory
- Responsible for tracking and reporting to Head office on the competitor activities like schemes, launches, profitable product and market share, headcount, visibility
- Identify new opportunities for expansion of business in the allocated territory on continual basis - Oversee General administration of the branch
Necessary Skills / Attributes :
Good understanding of overall business direction/ strategy and broad understanding of functional processes; Good working knowledge of practices, policies and procedures that apply to specific disciplines
