Location: Udaipur/ Ajmer
- Sellout process involves foot work in market, Negotiation and planning with business partners, Retail dealers meeting, pushing sellout, market audits for brands assets, TSE management, Promoters management.
- Desired targets to be chased along with width of distribution, Stock replenishment norms, Market share measurement and increase, product knowledge and share the schemes and relevant information to trade.
- Need to track the distributor sales executive, market coverage and productivity. Also need to measure the sales achievement per counter via Sellout promoter and team leaders.
