Brief Key Responsibilities (Job Description) :
- Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
- Using accounting software to create spread sheets and reports
- Verifying that all accounting related departments follow company protocol
- Presenting accounting issues and reports to Top management
- Assigning projects to departments and overseeing productivity
- Coordinate and complete annual audits
Cost analysis :
- Understand The Business Plans For vertical From Superior And Map The Implications For Finance & Fund Management
- Financial Records/Book keeping. Statutory books. Regulatory reporting.
- Monitor The Day-To-Day Financial Operations Within The Company, Such As Payroll, Invoicing, And Other Transactions
Statutory Compliance :
- GST, TDS,etc.,
- Standard audit policy /Internal Audit
- Direct Internal And External Audits To Ensure Compliance
Direct /Indirect Taxes :
- Updated Statutory Information Related To Taxes
- Variance analysis to determine difference between budgeted figures & actual expenditure and implementing corrective actions.
- Prepare Financial Statements And Produce Budget According To Schedule
Implementation of ERP systems :
- Provide Technical Support And Advice On Management Accountant
- Review And Recommend Modifications To Accounting Systems And Procedures
Financial Analysis,& financial reports :
- Ensure Preparation Of All Statements Of Accounts And Reconciliation With Dealers, Prepare MIS / Reports As Per Requirement
- Present Financial Reports To Board Members, Stakeholders, Executives, And Clients In Formal Meetings
Vendor management :
- Capture All The Costs Of The Dealers Under The Various Heads Specified And Correctly Account For The Same
- Manage The IT Assets For The Organization - Procurement, Vendor Management, Insurance - Within The Allocated Budgets For The Same.
Team Management :
- Review The Performance Of Subordinates; Identify Their Training Needs
- Communicating Financial And Goal Results And Key Performance Indicators To Direct Reports.
Essential :
- Proven working experience as Accounting Manager, or Finance Manager
- Ability to manage a minimum team size of 5
- Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases
- Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Expertise in MS Office, SAP
