Salary offered: 6 - 12 LPA
To ensure effective implementation of all marketing activities for dealers, influencers and consumers while optimizing costs of the same
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Marketing & Sales Promotion
- Understand Business Plans from superior and derive the imperatives for Marketing & Sales promotion related activities
- Identify & plan for implementation of initiatives for driving brand awareness & visibility within the budgets planned (E.g. hoardings, wall paintings, local TV campaign, mobile vans etc.)
- Prepare promotion/ marketing budgets for each geography/ area, with guidance from superior; ensure approval of the same
- Identify & negotiate with agencies to execute the planned activities; monitor quality of work by agencies
- Ensure delivery of all promotional material at the dealer location in close coordination with the Sales team
- Organize influencer/ consumer meets as planned with the Sales team; ensure preparation of all presentations/ collaterals as required
- Monitor proper relationship building with consumers etc. post the meets
- Support superior in developing new business as identified
- Regularly visit the dealer location (along with Sales team) to monitor the implementation & effectiveness of the schemes / activities
2. People Development:
- Review the performance of subordinates; identify their training needs
- Support in implementation of any People / HR related policies
3. Initiatives:
- Drive implementation of initiatives for improvement in the current systems & processes
- Responsible for the implementation and practice of the IT Integration of the dealers and Rsmart.
- Oversee any other work as per business need as communicated by the Superior
