We have opportunity with leading FMCG company based at Chennai.
Candidate should be MBA with 4-6 yrs experience into sales & BTL activities background from Telecom sector.
Job Purpose :
- To do an organized sampling activity for all products in a measured way by strong coordination with the sales team.
- To manage 7+ nos sampling officers located in different region / state. & team of people of implementation Institutional Sample - Representative (ISR)
- Need to have strong knowledge of institutional sales - Identification of right institution for a described product, Strong negotiation,co-ordination for placement of products & continuous service level monitoring.
- Experience in various product sampling across the following channels- institutions (Schools, Colleges, Society or Apartments,Hospitals, Malls etc..,) Modern trade Channels, Home to home sampling.
- Experience in Planning of Sampling activity, budgeting for sampling activity, monitoring the activity & present the sampling activity data for efficiently tracking.
- Generate annual sampling calendar by coordinating with the marketing team & do budgeting for the same to do a targeted sampling activity.
- To coordinate with sales team to choose right institutions for sampling activity
- Plan meticulously for the sampling activity such as Institutional profile, Manpower required for infra, budgeting for sampling (Institutions & no. of samples),coordinate to get approval in institutions for sampling activity & get approval from Superior.
- Plan for Merchandising materials required for the sampling activity such as promo tables, Posters, danglers, Standees, product benefit pamphlets,small movies about products, T- Shirts or uniforms, sampling modes (Branded cups, branded makeup materials etc..,)
- Implementation of Sampling: Need to create a SOP for any sampling activity & present the same before the activity start.
- Create a Sampling training video for the team.
- Continuous training process has to be initiated - To build a strong Sampling team.
- Create a mechanism of measurement of sampling activity.
- To evaluate each sampling activity - Pre & Post sampling activity
- Co ordinate with the sales team for effective coverage of sampled institutions for a brief 3 months period & submit the report for the same.
- Generate weekly, monthly, Quarterly report of the sampling activity done & post activity measurements.
- Weekly report has to be submitted to the top management on the activity.
