Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly capable and experienced individual to join our organization as a Manager of Field Operations. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all field operations activities, ensuring efficient and effective execution of projects. You will play a critical role in coordinating field teams, implementing operational strategies, and ensuring high-quality delivery of services. This position requires strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and the ability to drive results in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Planning and Strategy:

- Develop and implement operational plans and strategies to achieve organizational goals.

- Collaborate with senior management to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for field operations.

- Identify areas for operational improvement and propose innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.

2. Team Management and Leadership:

- Lead and manage a team of field staff, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and professional development.

- Provide clear direction, guidance, and support to field teams to ensure successful project implementation.

- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, accountability, and a customer-focused approach.

3. Project Coordination and Execution:

- Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of field projects according to established timelines and budgets.

- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and ensure compliance with project objectives and deliverables.

- Anticipate and address any challenges or obstacles that may impact project outcomes, and implement corrective measures.

4. Quality Assurance and Compliance:

- Implement and enforce quality assurance processes and standards to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.

- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and industry standards in all field operations activities.

- Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess compliance and identify areas for improvement.

5. Stakeholder Engagement and Relationship Management:

- Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, such as project managers, finance, and HR teams.

- Collaborate with external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and community partners, to foster positive relationships and ensure smooth project implementation.

- Act as a key point of contact for resolving any operational issues or concerns raised by stakeholders.

6. Risk Management and Health & Safety:

- Identify and mitigate operational risks and ensure adherence to health and safety protocols and regulations.

- Implement and monitor effective safety measures to protect field staff and mitigate potential hazards.

- Respond to and resolve any incidents or emergencies related to field operations promptly and effectively.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., operations management, business administration).

- Proven experience in managing field operations, preferably in a similar industry or organization.

- Strong leadership abilities with a track record of successfully leading and managing teams.

- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

- Solid understanding of operational processes, project management principles, and quality assurance practices.
