Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our team as a Branding and Campaign Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective branding strategies and managing end-to-end campaigns to promote our organization and its products/services. You will play a key role in enhancing brand visibility, driving engagement, and achieving campaign objectives. This position requires strong strategic thinking, creative flair, and excellent project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Brand Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies for client aligned with goals and values. Define brand positioning, target audience, and messaging to ensure consistent and compelling brand representation across all channels and touch points.

2. Campaign Planning and Execution: Plan, execute, and manage integrated marketing campaigns across various platforms and mediums. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, digital, and content, to develop campaign concepts, messaging, and visuals. Monitor campaign performance, track key metrics, and make data-driven adjustments as needed.

3. Creative Content Development: Work closely with the creative team to develop engaging and impactful campaign materials, including advertisements, videos, social media content, website content, and other marketing collateral. Ensure brand consistency and adherence to brand guidelines in all communication materials.

4. Digital Marketing and Social Media Management: Oversee the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies, including social media campaigns, email marketing, SEO, and SEM. Monitor social media platforms, respond to inquiries, and manage online brand reputation. Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in digital marketing.

5. Stakeholder and Agency Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external partners, and agencies to execute branding and campaign initiatives effectively. Manage relationships with advertising agencies, media partners, and other vendors to ensure the successful execution of campaigns within budget and timelines.

6. Performance Analysis and Reporting: Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, including reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI. Prepare regular reports and presentations to showcase campaign results, insights, and recommendations. Utilize data-driven insights to optimize future campaigns and improve overall brand performance.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Masters degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications in marketing or branding is a plus.

- Proven experience in branding, campaign management, or marketing roles, preferably with a focus on integrated marketing communications.

- Strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate business goals into effective branding and campaign strategies.

- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and attention to detail.

- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, social media management tools, and analytics tools.


- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including persuasive copywriting abilities.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.

- Proficiency in market research techniques and tools to identify customer insights and market trends.

- Strong leadership and team management skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Knowledge of industry trends, competitor analysis, and best practices in branding and campaign management.
