Moller - Maersk Group, Piramal Group, Arghyam, the U.S. Consulates of Mumbai and Chennai and the Tata Trusts.  Key responsibilities :   Sales and Business Development :   - Drive business development for all the platforms and increase market coverage to ensure client conversions are met as per the platform targets  - Analyze leads and opportunities to identify prospects and strategize sales pitch for the business vertical   - Work on new business opportunities from corporates for the platform through designing CSR Strategy, Program Management and implementation catering to POWER OF NUTRITION   - Co-create CSR strategy with Corporates  - Program design and partner engagement (NGO / Social Enterprise)  - Create and customize pitches and concept notes as per intervention and Client requirements  - Establish strategic customer relationships and secure business opportunities contributing to the platform targets   - Leverage relationship through network of key public health contacts  - Facilitate healthcare and other partnerships under the platform with existing and new clients   Client Management and Co-ordination :   - Following up with proposals sent, coordinating signing of MoUs, completing documentation needed for closing the project  - Conducting commercial negotiations with clients for closing deals   - Client management and co-ordination with project implementation teams to ensure Client objectives are being met  - Client handling, follow-up, reporting and being full responsible for Client interests  - Representing Samhita Social Ventures in the HEALTHCARE / Govt sector as a Centre of excellence in corporate CSR initiatives and donor partnership  Presentation and Communication :   - Ability to articulate and present in a logical manner, platform, cause and intervention benefits to Clients  - Make presentations and customize them depending on Clients, levels and requirements  - Follow-up communication, presentations and interactions  Periodic progress reports :   - Finance, HR and Internal Team management  - Strong focus on targets and numbers  - Co-ordinate with finance teams for all targets and finance reporting as per organization requirements  - Follow-up with Clients for collections  - Collaborate with the management team in implementing operational plans towards meeting rapid growth objectives of the organization   - Lead the proposal development process while securing support and input with cross-functional teams such as Research, Knowledge Implementation and the Senior Management team  - Guide the team on industry best practices and specialized solutions within the sector, and help them to build on the same while developing proposals  - Build and lead a team to meet BD targets and manage Client relationships  Required qualifications and experience :   - 7+ years of Corporate Account Management, Business Development and Sales experience from Healthcare / Pharma/ Nutrition/ Social Development sector   - Demonstrated experience in transforming customer needs into sales Solutions  - Oriented to social impact: Experience of developing and managing a diverse set of relationships  - A good understanding of the Companies Act 2013  - Strong management, influencing and negotiating skills  - Excellent communication skills and proven ability to represent the organization at various levels within HEALTHCARE / Government sector   - Masters / Postgraduate in public health or a related field   - Strong networking skills  Key requirements :   - Familiarity with social sector   - Interest in sales and strong BD track record  - Persistence / perseverance in overcoming obstacles through - out of the box solutions, meet challenges with resourcefulness while developing expertise  - Maturity to steer organization in new directions  - Ability to work in a multi- disciplinary, start-up environment as part of a closely-knit team   - Understanding of human resources, employee performance improvement plans, and corrective action policies  - Highly effective interpersonal skills: warmth, tact, diplomacy and creativity  Salary Offered: 10 - 15 LPA
