Analyst/Associate role at a PE Firm

We are looking for a highly analytical Analyst/Associate to join our Private Equity Investment Team. The role involves deal evaluation, financial modeling, due diligence, and portfolio management, providing exposure to the full investment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare investment memos and presentations for the Investment Committee.

- Conduct financial modelling, valuation, and investment analysis.

- Support due diligence, deal structuring, and execution.

- Monitor portfolio performance and assist in value creation initiatives.

- Research industries, identify opportunities, and support deal origination.

Ideal Candidate:

- CA/MBA from a top university.

- 2-4 years in investment banking, due diligence, or transaction advisory.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment.
