Saltside Technologies develops and operates websites in emerging markets, with focus set on online classified sites. Currently Saltside operates the top classified site in Sri Lanka (ikman.lk), Bangladesh and Ghana andNigeria.

At Saltside, we believe there is a great opportunity to build valuable online products and businesses for emerging markets. In these countries, the vast majority of people have yet to go online for the first time. Affordable cell phones and Internet access will enable them to have their first Internet experience in the coming years - and we think they should be greeted by high quality services and a great end-user experience when they do.

About you

Required :

- You have a true passion for quality software

- You have experience managing projects as a agile product owner

- High level of self motivation and attention to detail

- Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks

- Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills

- Ability to conduct research and extract clear, productive conclusions

- Team-oriented and skilled in working within a collaborative environment

- Fluent English skills, written and spoken

Meriting :

- Experience working with metrics measurement (e.g. Google Analytics)

- Familiar with software development life cycles

- Experience in project management

- Experience in an analytical role

- Experience doing research
