Role & Responsibilities : Develop Product Sales Strategy : - Designing and deploying the Go to Market strategy keeping in view market trend, company objective and competitive action - Envision product distribution (size, scope and technology utilization) on yearly basis - Achievement of top line targets for the organization Product Sales Management : - Custodian of the entire Sales Life-cycle including Prospecting, Pitching, Offering, Negotiating and Closure - Designing, launching and monitoring effective incentive, rewards and recognition programs for team and partners - Continuously monitor actual performance against agreed plans in order to ensure revenue, profitability and customer service levels in line with company plans - Build and run Incentive Programs for the team Team Management & Development : - Provide guidance and support to members of the team to enhance production and productivity - Provide Sales Training and capability building to all employees - Role Model to the team members Desired Qualifications : Experience : 5-8 years of Sales experience (Min. 3 years of SaaS products/solutions sales experience preferred) Education : MBA
