SalezShark is looking for a dynamic Marketing professional who can handle end to end marketing activities of our all the product portfolio. 

Requirements:

- Proven work experience as a Marketing Communications Specialist or similar role.

- Familiarity with B2B advertising campaigns.

- Hands-on experience with content development.

- Proficiency in MS Office.

- Sound Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics and Google ad-words.

- Experience with marketing campaigns on social media.

- Excellent verbal and written communication.

- Good presentation skills.

- MBA/PGDM or Specialized degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or relevant field.

- Should be able to increase the number of inbound leads using different Marketing Mix.

- Should be able to draft marketing plans and marketing strategies of our product range.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Promote the company's products and services during the events.

- Plan and coordinate events & press conferences.

- Coordinate the design of promotional material and distribute in online and offline channels.

- Advertise our company and products/services on various media.

- Produce marketing copy for our products website.

- Draft and send regular newsletters with company updates.

- Join social media groups and professional platforms to discuss industry-related topics.

- Monitor corporate website and social media pages and address clients- queries.

- Network with industry experts and potential clients to drive brand awareness.

- Gather customer feedback to inform sales and product teams.

- Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to the sales channel.

- Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution

- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.

- Design, build and maintain our social media presence.

- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and events, gain insight and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

- Negotiate & coordinate rates with vendors for marketing material.

- Build strategic relationships through collaboration with key industry players, agencies and vendors

- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

- Regular interaction with internal departments including Sales, Technical team other stakeholders.

- Should be able to manage a team of 8-10 members comprising of content writers, Graphic designers, and digital marketing teams.
