- Conduct outbound/inbound calls and face-to-face meetings with potential clients to generate sales leads.
- Understand client needs and effectively communicate the value proposition of Salesken's products/services.
- Collaborate with the post-sales team to identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with clients in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a consistent basis.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams to enhance product/service offerings.
- Participate in regular sales training and development programs to improve selling skills and product knowledge.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Represent Salesken in a professional manner at industry events and conferences.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in inside sales or a similar role, preferably in the software/SaaS industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Currently based in Mumbai and Delhi but will be willing to relocate to Bangalore and travel between Bangalore and my home city.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering background, or a related field (preferred) who loves to explore technology and can learn how to deploy.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow professionally.
