Integrated Solution Sales Enablement
- Understand, champion and apply ISOs to pursuit process
- Pursuit team member for ISO pursuits bringing in both industry expertise and technical acumen
- Bring understanding of ISO, technology expertise, and sector knowledge to develop a winning proposal
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, orals, vertical specific pipeline calls, workshops, strategy meetings.
- Integrated Solution Project Delivery
- Use ISO Playbook as foundation for leading delivery
- Promote and facilitate integrated team culture across US and ACs
- Use ISO Playbook to drive all stages of AIRe methodology as solution architect to help design a robust solution, leveraging all ISO templates and/or model system and other relevant artifacts.
- Coordinate with engagement partner/director and AC competency leaders to set expectations around project schedule, effort, deliverables, digital assets, industry solutions etc
- Use ISO Playbook to frame client's business problem, PwC's final solution, client sensitivities, data restrictions etc and create a project specific onboarding plan for broader delivery team
- Transition to assigned AC and US project managers to for x-competency collaboration
- Facilitate ability for ACs to own client relationships and lead different aspects of the engagements with clients.
