Salesforce Functional Consultant

Engage with client stakeholders to analyze business processes and functional requirements in the context of Salesforce.com

- Possesses ability to use effective facilitation skills and techniques to elicit requirements from a diverse range of stakeholders and group size

- Experience of fulfilling a functional role on a full lifecycle Salesforce implementations from inception through to delivery

- Ability to work in an advisory capacity, map business processes to Salesforce.com best practices, do gap analysis and to help clients realize the benefits of Salesforce.com

- Solid understanding of the complexities and integration dependencies across multiple solutions

- Good knowledge of CRM solutions and tools to enable provision of integrated solutions

- Ability to translate complex business requirements into detailed functional and/or technical specifications, solution design and architecture

- Assist in the development of the interface strategy and data migration strategy

- Lead the configuration of the Salesforce solution

- Support and engage with the development-test team during the build stage in a fast paced agile environment

- Assist in training and change management activities, including the development of training materials and the delivery of training sessions

- Ability to facilitate workshops and conference calls with confidence

- Excellent presentation and demonstration skills and the ability to present ideas effectively

- Ability to clearly communicate technical information to a non-technical audience

- Analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills

- Possesses effective influencing and negotiating skills

- Solid subject matter expertise in Salesforce.com

- Certified in at least Salesforce.com 401, Sales and/or Service cloud level

- A graduate in any discipline with a minimum IT experience of 8 years, of which at least 4 years must be in Salesforce.com

- Prior experience of working at client site in the US/Europe preferred
