- We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Consultant with a minimum of 10 years of experience to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce solutions.
- The role involves working closely with clients to understand their business needs, translating them into technical requirements, and configuring Salesforce to meet those needs.
- The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Salesforce products and extensive experience in consulting, project management, and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
Salesforce Solution Design & Implementation:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and processes and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
- Lead the design and development of Salesforce implementations, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other Salesforce applications.
- Oversee customization, integration, and configuration of Salesforce to meet client-specific requirements.
Client Engagement & Consulting:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and ensuring the successful delivery of Salesforce solutions.
- Provide expert advice to clients on Salesforce best practices, system optimization, and solution architecture.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and training sessions with clients to gather requirements and ensure successful adoption of Salesforce technologies.
Project Management:
- Lead and manage end-to-end Salesforce projects, from discovery and requirements gathering to implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, administrators, and business analysts, to ensure project success.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the desired scope and quality standards.
Customization & Integration:
- Design and develop custom solutions using Salesforce platform features like Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Flows, and Process Builder.
- Integrate Salesforce with other enterprise systems using tools such as REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, or other middleware solutions.
- Optimize Salesforce functionality, including data models, workflows, validation rules, and security settings.
Data Migration & Management:
- Manage data migration processes, including data mapping, extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) between Salesforce and legacy systems.
- Ensure data integrity and quality by implementing best practices for data management and governance within Salesforce.
Salesforce Maintenance & Support:
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing Salesforce implementations, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing system performance.
- Stay updated on new Salesforce releases and features, ensuring clients leverage the latest functionality to improve their operations.
Mentorship & Knowledge Sharing:
- Mentor and guide junior Salesforce consultants and team members, providing technical leadership and sharing best practices.
- Develop documentation and training materials to support user adoption and internal knowledge sharing.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Salesforce consulting, including end-to-end implementations, customization, and integration.
- Proven experience leading large-scale Salesforce projects in industries such as finance, healthcare, manufacturing, or retail.
- Extensive experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other Salesforce products.
