Qualification :

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, etc.)

- Holds Salesforce.com Administrator Certification

- Has knowledge in Salesforce.com and Force.com platform

- Min 5+ years of experience in delivering Salesforce implementation projects and managing a team - Good communication skills (written and oral)

Role & Responsibilities :

- Documenting baseline information and requirements

- Developing and defining project roadmaps.

- Analyzing Salesforce implementations and driving Salesforce projects forward.

- Applying best practice methodology.

- An analytical mindset, being able to analyze multiple data sources in an investigative manner is important and provide insights.

- Tracking and evaluating in a detail orientated manner will excite this kind of person, and they'll be able to advise the business on what should be reported on for value-add

- The ability to make decisions fast. Being able to make actionable recommendations based on data findings will be important.

- The ability to take the initiative. They'll need to be able to tell the business what they need confidently.

- End-to-End Knowledge in Sales cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Experience Cloud.

- Deep knowledge on salesforce licenses and release update.

- Admin, Sales cloud and Service cloud certification is mandatory
