Salesforce Business Analyst

As a Salesforce.com Business Analyst one may participate in and/or be responsible for the following types of tasks:

Responsibilities:

- Process definition and design

- Requirements definition and mapping

- Configure applications to meet business requirements and formulate systems to parallel overall business strategies

- Construct summary and detailed views in Salesforce.com (SFDC) on all campaign, lead, prospect, opportunity, pipeline, account and revenue activities

- Provide guidance for workflow template development and data filtering criteria

Skills:

- Superb communication skills.

- Significant consulting/client facing experience

- Keen attention to detail

- Demonstrated analytical and qualitative abilities

- At least 2-3 years of Salesforce.com experience

- Familiar with Cloud Computing concepts and how to conduct requirement gathering sessions with respect to Salesforce.com technologies

- Understanding of Business Analytics and the metrics that drive management decisions, and the ability to build reports and queries to support such metrics.

Criteria’s:

- MBA from premier B school

- Bangalore location

- Notice period should be 1 month

- Exp - 3-7 yrs
