As part of the Salesforce COE team, the candidate will be responsible to support various Salesforce activities which include enhancing, maintaining, and supporting various Salesforce Instances used by Bureau Veritas business units across the globe.

Key Responsibilities:
Management :
- The High technical proficiency and competency role deputy will support team leads, permitting them to provide the best practices to the team leads on various aspects of the platform.
- Support the COE Delivery Manager on various Management activities assigned.
- Provide guidance to the team members on functional, technical, and management aspects.
- Participate in various Management activities around team management, Annual appraisals and make sure to provide support to the Delivery manager for various management-related activities.
- Support the COE Management team on various management activities.
- Practice Development: Mentor resources, take on technical leadership roles to expand overall practice capabilities, etc.
- Take ownership of project work and develop client relationships (Should be a confident self-starter).
- People Manager have regular 1-on-1s, perform annual reviews, etc.
Technical Governance :
- Provide technical governance and oversight on various initiatives part of the Salesforce COE.
- Work closely with the leads and enterprise architects to make sure SF COE technical roadmap is aligned with the BV tech landscape.
- Provide technical mentorship to the team and make sure they upscale skills based on BV technical roadmap.
- Identify and optimize the existing processes and make sure the team adheres to the best practices defined.
Delivery :
- Review the critical aspects of the delivery to make sure we are meeting all defined standards.
- Work closely with the team to define the architecture, Approach and make sure we are following industry standards.
- Work closely with the Enterprise architecture team to align the SF COE roadmap.
Initiatives :
- Take ownership of various initiatives being delivered as part of Salesforce COE.
- Participate in the POC's and ensure we can deliver as per the expectations.
Role:
- Responsible for team management, Capacity planning, providing feedback and team reporting.
- Responsible for stream roadmap and mentoring/upskilling team on various technologies.
- Responsible for defining best practices, process improvement, team building, and supporting overall COE on various initiatives.
- Provide updates to the Delivery Manager on various initiatives, projects, and ongoing items.
- Responsible for providing inputs on various aspects of delivery including the technical architecture, and best practices.
- Participate in various Mgmt activities assigned and support COE Delivery, stream manager.
