V4 Cloud is a B2B Technology focussed supply Business supplying managed services in Telecoms, Phone Lines, Phone systems, internet connectivity, IT support, MSP support, servers, Microsoft products, cybersecurity, email & web security, systems & software automation, server migrations & support, technology upgrades & a lot more to SMBs between 5-50 employees across Britain for over a decade. V4 Cloud is CYBER ESSENTIALS CERTIFIED, is also a Microsoft SMB workplace Partner, & also HP Silver Partner for years. V4 Cloud currently is pegged at - 1.1M annual turnover, & currently supplies technology led products & services as above to 280+ clients across Britain including some prominent names, MOD contractors etc. V4 Cloud is a licensed Communications Service Provider (CSP). V4 Cloud has been a finalist in year 2019, 2020 & again in year 2024 at the Comms National awards, the British Business awards, & the Comms Business Awards as well.

V4 Telecom is also a B2B technology supply Business focussed however supplying to SOHO businesses across Britain, has been trading 11+ years. We would supply phone lines, internet connectivity, all Microsoft products & as exists in their ecosystem, IT support, CCTV, intercom, cybersecurity, email & web security, systems & software integration & a lot more to Businesses between 1-10 employees. We currently have 870+ clients on our books, & we continue to enjoy consistent growth as we go along, with some ambitious growth objectives in the years to come. V4 Telecom recently was recognised as a finalist at the National Comms Business Awards as well. V4 Telecom is also a Microsoft SMB workplace Partner, & also a Cyber Essentials certified Partner as well.

V4 Consumer (https://v4consumer.co.uk), a Consumer ISP Business again trading 11+ years. V4 Consumer supplies phone, broadband, internet IOT, smart home tools & connectivity tools to residential homes across Britain again for over 10 years. We currently have 5000+ residential clients on our books we supply to, we are a licensed Communcations Provider & continue to grow by 500+ clients a month! V4 Consumer sits at about - 3.6M annual turnover, & sits at almost all national comparison sites including MoneySupermarket, Which etc. V4 Consumer was recently crowned finalists at the Great British Entrepreneur awards as well.

Job Summary:

- We are seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Leader hungry for the next level in their career progression at a very exciting juncture for ABI when all the 3x Businesses it owns & operates are all set to take the next leap in growth.

- You will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company, driving financial planning, and ensuring the company's financial health.

- This role requires a strong leader with a deep understanding of financial management within the IT, Telecoms, or Security industry sectors.

- You would ideally be an existing Financial Controller, Finance Leader, Finance Manager, Management Accountant at a senior position with an excellent knack for getting the best out of finance colleagues, hungry to spearhead financial growth to next level for yourself & the 3x Businesses.

- You will be formally inducted into the ABI Company Board at an opportune time as well as formally inducted as Company Director into the 3x respective Businesses upon successful completion of the "initial period "or once the opportune time arrives whichever is relevant.

Key Responsibilities:

- Proven skill at implementing reliable financial systems & processes.

- Adept at balancing risk and opportunities, can produce intended results within a creative and innovative senior leadership team

- Able to produce intended results based on a model of delegated leadership as well as encouraging and developing successful finance colleague relationships.

- Conducting weekly, monthly financial reports, reviews & strategic changes.

- Producing/overseeing accurate and timely financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, other financial reporting.

- Identify financial risks and implementing measures to mitigate, ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.

- Meeting KPIs in aged debtors, PL costs variance, long term/annual strategic goals.

- Conducting daily, regular financial analysis, interpreting data in turn to provide insights to management colleagues for effective change

- Managing and leading all finance colleagues, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a culture of quality work over worked hours etc

- Very effective at forecasting, constantly devising strategies to meet business objectives.

Pre-requisites:

- Comparable qualifications in finance, Accounting, or related field

- Proven experience as a Finance Leader or similar role preferably within the IT services, Telecoms, MSP or Security industry sectors.

- Strong in-depth knowledge of corporate finance, accounting principles, and financial regulations within the British landscape.

- Excellent analytical, negotiating & problem-solving skills.

- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.

- Proficient in financial software and tools.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced ever-changing environment & bring in strong financial results despite all odds.

- Shift Timings : Monday to Friday - 1:15pm to 10:30pm | Alt Saturdays till 6:30pm
