- Responsible to build a repeatable customer acquisition engine in the Energy Efficiency market.
- Focused on Real Estate Market.
- Generate a sales pipeline though a sales team through account-based campaigns and events.
- Drive the go-to-market strategy.
- Develop and leverage the C Level connects in the real estate companies, especially Cat A builders.
- Expertise in Building Automation, Digital advisory and implementation.
The Person
- 10 -15 years experience
- Must have sold and managed high value technology/digital products/services to Real Estate industry
- Team handling skills
- Stake holder management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
