Sales Training Manager - FMCG

Position - Sales Training Manager

Experience - Minimum 5 Years of Relevant Experience (only from FMCG Industry)

Job Location - Chennai

Education Qualification - Post Graduation (Preferably with Certification in Training)

Language - English & Hindi (Mandatory)

CTC - Upto Rs.12 Lac per annum

Gender Preference - Preferably Male candidate

Skill Sets:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills, people-oriented, proactive, good project management skill, sense of responsibility, fast learner and team player

- 3 years sales management experience in FMCG industry

- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, appropriate to the level of the audience

- Demonstrated experience designing and developing technical curriculum/training programs

- Experience in field sales training is strongly desired with FMCG oriented products.

Responsibilities / Key Deliverables:

- Determine training requirements by studying sales and marketing strategic plans and current sales results; conferring with sales executives; reviewing results of trainer coaching; evaluating training effectiveness.

- Work with Sales Management Team to design and develop learning modules.

- Create, update and implement training programs according to the approved training budget and plan that will result in improved overall productivity of the sales force and organization.

- Conduct product orientation and sales process training to sales staff. Develop coaching plans; schedule orientation drive.
