- Planning, Designing & Developing functional competency based Training module in order to ensure maximum productivity and customer satisfaction.

- Designing and providing need based behavioral training for the sales employees.

- Responsible for functional induction delivery by performing validation checks of existing materials to ensure compliance with latest regulatory or company procedures and standards. Determines any specific requirements from management and then ensures all changes are correctly captured prior to preparing actual materials.

- Providing need base coaching to area sales manager

- Ensuring the training adherence as per TNI/TNF for entire AD-Sales & Marketing, DCM & Customer Care group.

- As per business requirement reviewing the sales process and providing the action plan to respective dealers for improving their business

- Designing enablers which help sales workforce to improve their delivery

- Using approved processes and tools to provide accurate and timely information relating to the measurement of training solutions, based on established factors

- Participates in the selection of vendor solutions and establishment of service level agreements. Manages vendor performance and costs in accordance with agreed parameters
