Job Description: Summary : Support Timeshare Sales training requirements for Developers and ensure that the quality of Timeshare sales across industry improves and becomes more ethical and professional.
Designing and expanding Timeshare Sales training modules and develop programs based on the needs of the Developer and the sales teams.
Develops individual sales results from each Developer by maintaining policy and procedure; provide coaching and conduct training sessions.
Prepares new Timeshare sales representatives by conducting orientation to sales process; developing individual coaching plans; providing resources and assistance; scheduling orientation drive-alongs with senior representatives.
Improves training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques; making support readily available; integrating support with routine job functions and mentoring.
Determines training needs by traveling with sales representatives, observing sales encounters, studying sales results reports and conferring with sales managers.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; keep abreast of new RCI products and processes, participating in professional industry events and other symposiums.
Regular update of information with respect to Developer sales and procedures with reporting line in RCI.
Key Skills: Qualification : Graduate, MBA/Diploma with a specialization in Sales & Marketing
Experience : Total work experience of at least 8-10 years out of which the resource should have at least 5 years of experience in Time Share Sales.
The role would involve fairly extensive travel with India.
High level customer interface skills with RCI Developers as well as their Sales Teams and Sales teams of Time share marketers. The role would involve representing RCI both in B2B and B2B2C scenarios. Maturity, confidence, excellent presentation skills and team management skills would be pre-requisites for the role.
