JOB DESCRIPTION
The Learning Lead for a specific SBU acts as a trusted advisor to the SBU Leadership team, partnering to build enhanced sales capabilities and performance improvements. He/she designs unique learning solutions to drive business results, workplace performance and behaviour change. He/she is also responsible to review and implement the learning solutions.
KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing stakeholders and business requirements for respective SBUs (Sales & Non-Sales)
- Designing and curating unique learning interventions to draft learning roadmaps and cater to unique requirements of front line sales team
- Conceptualize Content development for product & processes, soft skills and other required behavioral training
- Creation and maintenance of Learning SOPs
- Piloting/Curating new learning interventions or program deliveries based on evolving needs
- Capability development of the process/SBU trainers/Channel partners
- Align Learning Interventions to Performance & Business Goals
- Measure learning effectiveness & workplace performance diagnosis (learning gaps)
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Deep understanding of the GI Industry preferred
- Should also have the understanding of behavioural/ softs skills requirement in GI Industry
- Seasoned learning professional with proven capabilities in TNI, designing & developing learning solutions, facilitation 10-12 years in Training
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and business network with partners
- Demonstrates problem solving, analytical and critical thinking skills
- Is a confident and articulate communicator
- Ability to work on Excel & PPT
- Certification on Facilitation Skills
