State Head - Karnataka

This is a team handling role. Local language Kannada is must because travelling would be involved within Karnataka.

We are looking for a young, dynamic candidate for Training Dept

- Training distributor network

- Product & skill training

- Building the requisite infrastructure for training at all official training locations

- Assisting the Area Manager in supporting all events in the state

- Control and optimization of the training budget

- Managing product presenters

- Ensuring the company’s standard of quality in all trainings by product presenters

- Handling queries on products, presentation skills, product promotions etc.

- Merchandising

- Monitoring distributor growth and supporting them

- Tracking competition activity

- Market research

- Tracking product-wise sales in the territory

Education : Graduate with post graduation is preferred
