FMCG SALES TRAINING IS MUST
- Responsible for capability building for the entire sales force which includes Regional Sales Manager, Sales Managers, Sales Officers and Distributors Sales team.
- Identification of training and development needs for sales force in consultation with various Sales Head and management.
- Development of training programs, content (functional & behavioral) for the sales force based on individual and organizational needs.
- Responsible for formulating monthly training calendar for the sales force and execution of the same across different geographies.
- Conducting Train the Trainer program to develop in house capabilities and tracking the progress of the trainers.
- Evaluate, measure, collect and track training effectiveness data and performance metrics for continuous improvement.
- Developing and implementing assessment mechanism for performance review of sales force.
