- Expertise in traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc)

- Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively Track record in designing and executing & self - delivering successful training programs

- Excellent in spoken and written communication skills.

- Experience of conducting sales training programs at different levels for company sales employees (mandatory).

- Experience of conducting soft skills / behavioural programs like time Experience etc.
