Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for the sales team
- Create training materials, including presentations, exercises, and assessments
- Conduct product training sessions to ensure the sales team understands the features and benefits of the Edtech products
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs and implement improvements as needed
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify training needs based on market trends and product updates
- Coach and mentor new sales representatives to help them achieve their targets
- Evaluate the performance of sales team members and provide targeted coaching and training
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually enhance training programs
- Utilize various training methods, such as workshops, e-learning, and on-the-job training
- Monitor the impact of training on sales performance and adjust programs accordingly
- Conduct regular assessments to measure the effectiveness of training initiatives
- Collaborate with sales leadership to develop individualized training plans for team members
- Provide ongoing support to the sales team to reinforce learning and skill development
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all training activities
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor/masters degree in Business, Education, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales training or education technology
- Demonstrated success in sales and/or sales management
- Excellent understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to influence and motivate sales professionals
- Proficiency in creating engaging training materials and assessments
- Experience with e-learning platforms and virtual training delivery
- Knowledge of sales performance metrics and KPIs
- Ability to adapt training approaches to different learning styles and preferences
- Certification in training and development is a plus
- Ability to travel as needed to support regional training initiatives
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with various teams within the organization
