Sales Trading Specialist

Responsibilities:

Investment Sales & Trading:

- Source and identify potential investment opportunities across various asset classes.

- Conduct thorough due diligence and market research to evaluate potential investments.

- Develop and present compelling investment proposals to clients.

- Execute trades efficiently and manage investment portfolios.

Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

- Understand client needs and objectives to recommend suitable investment solutions.

- Provide ongoing communication and updates to clients regarding their investments.

Financial Analysis & Research:

- Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed of current market trends and economic conditions.

- Analyze financial data and generate reports to support investment decisions.

- Stay up-to-date on relevant regulations and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 1+ years of experience in investment sales and trading, preferably within a venture capital or financial services firm.

- Strong knowledge of financial instruments, including equities, derivatives, and fixed income.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and manage investment risks.

- Proven sales skills with a successful track record of building relationships and exceeding sales targets.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

- Bachelor's/masters degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Relevant professional certifications (e., Series 7, Series 63) are a strong plus
